The shipment of your package
Deliveries in Italy usually take 3-4 working days, 5 in the case of Islands and remote locations. In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, it is possible that there are delays in delivery. Canto Divino is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user due to delays in delivery. Upon delivery, the user must verify the content before accepting it, specifying in the courier's delivery form any anomalies. Canto Divino delivers only by Express Courier making use of the reliability of safe packaging, used for the transport of quality wine. All shipments are guaranteed and the bottles purchased will be delivered to you in total safety.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage charges. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile items. The boxes have suitably large dimensions and your items are well protected.
As soon as your wines are shipped you will receive an e-mail containing the shipping code with which you can check where your package is and know when it will be delivered to you.
