The sale of alcoholic products is forbidden to minors
Users of the site cantodivino.com to be of legal age according to the legislation applicable to them. If there is no legislation in this regard, you must be at least 21 years old.
Registration
In order to use the services of Canto Divino, users must register on the site, and must provide an email address in the final phase of the online purchase and sign the consent to the processing of personal data and these general conditions. Canto Divino has no visibility on the login credentials of its users, who therefore have the burden of guarding them.
Products and purchase procedure
All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to periodic changes without notice. Each order sent constitutes an offer to purchase the products published on the site. Orders are subject to the availability of the products purchased, in case of unavailability of one or more of the products purchased, the system will not allow you to proceed with the purchase. The actual availability of a product is indicative, as multiple users can buy it at the same time and make unavailable a product that another user had already put in the cart. In this case, the Owner will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.
The photos included are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee of the quality of the products. In addition, the photograph does not always show the vintage actually on sale, for which only the year reported in the name of the product is authentic.
Products that are broken or that taste like a cap
If you find a wine that is broken or that tastes like a cork, keep the bottle semi-full so that it is possible to collect it at our expense, reprint it with the original cap, write to us at info@cantodivino.com and we will give you an equivalent discount voucher, as long as you notify us within 6 months of purchase. The only wines for which substitution is not possible are the "collectible" wines and the vintages prior to the current one.
All wines contain sulphites, as the very process of making the wine implies the presence of sulphites in the same. As a rule, others are added to these sulphites in order to improve the preservation of the wine; in some cases, however, it is possible that in a wine there are no "added" sulphites.
Deliveries
Deliveries in Italy usually take 3-4 working days, 5 in the case of Islands and remote locations. In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, it is possible that there are delays in delivery. The operating methods and shipping rates are detailed on the Shipping and Delivery page. Canto Divino is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user due to delays in delivery. Upon delivery, the user must verify the content before accepting it, specifying in the courier's delivery form any anomalies.
Payments
The buyer has the option to pay with credit cards and prepaid cards. In addition, in case of impossibility to pay with cards, we offer the possibility to pay by bank transfer to our c / c IT42Y0303270440010000699743 payable to Sales Sampaio Ana Carla, at Credem Ag. By Monsummano Terme.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on Canto Divino are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 206 of 2005, which guarantees you the right of withdrawal. The exercise of this right shall be governed as follows:
- The returned products must be intact, preferably in the original packaging: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- This right is reserved for natural persons: retailers are therefore excluded.
- You will have 2 weeks to change your mind about your purchase.
- To exercise this right, you must:
- send an email to the address info@cantodivino.com within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
- invoice number
- order number
- order date
- the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the article number
- your bank details (IBAN code), which we will use for reimbursement
- we will send you a confirmation e-mail and agree with you the return method, which must take place within 2 weeks of your communication, the date by which the refund will be made by us.
- to return the goods, we will send a courier to the place indicated by you to collect the goods, which must be in the original packaging or equivalent packaging, provided they are suitable for shipment by courier.
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer who benefits from the right of withdrawal (for rates refer to the table on the Shipping page). In general, for anything not expressly written, the legal provisions on distance contracts apply. Any dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.

Electronic Invoice
By placing an order on the site cantodivino.com you consent to receive the invoice only in electronic format. The invoice must be printed and archived as original in accordance with Ministerial Circular 45/E, 19/10/2005.
