100% Grignolino. Considered the whitest of the reds and the redst of the whites. Soft ruby color. Aromas of spring flowers, violets and gladiolus, followed by notes of strawberry, green apple, lemon, watermelon, red cherry. On the palate it expands with raspberry, cherry grains, white pepper. The high medium acidity plus and the chalky tannins enhance the fruit and flowers with a balance that dances on the tongue. Medium finish that has an earthy bitter aftertaste like tea.
